Well..When things seemed to be going right, They go even more wrong…TMZ is reporting that popstar Britney Spears is secretaly meeting (again) with paparazzo Adnan Ghalib.
TMZ reporters inform that Adnan is been seing driving into Britney’s gated community in Beverly Hills.They have been “together,” though we can’t say it’s still going on. We know they have been texting back and forth, at times complaining that Daddy Jamie is too “controlling” by trying to put the kibosh on the relationship.
Daddy Jamie’s job is to be controlling…And, sources told TMZ, Jamie’s concern over his daughter seeing Adnan is not just his opinion,the doctors who are treating Brit have told him it would be a bad thing for Brit to hook up with the dude.
For this mags, Britney’s been pregnant for months (omg, even more than normal people would…), Probably none of the above are pregnant…

”Everyone deserves a second or third chance, right?” Van Toffler, president of MTV Networks Music Group, tells the Associated Press.Don’t get too excited though. Van admits that he was “sorta” kidding about welcoming Brit back with open arms.”Who knows?” he adds.
If the popstar is invited back, she won’t have to travel far to attend this year’s ceremony, After years in New York and the last year show in Vegas, the VMAs will take place in Los Angeles this year.Van says producers and crew members are already planning the show, but know they have their work cut out for them.”I’m not sure how we top Britney opening the show,” he says. ”We are working on it every minute of every day.”
Popstar Britney Spears and former husband Kevin Federline appear to be headed to a custody trial in August, after a attempt Thursday to settle out of court failed.
After a day of talks with a mediator, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told E!, “The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August … The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.”
Kaplan added that his client is seeking sole physical and legal custody of sons Preston, 2 1/2, and Jayden, 1 1/2, and wants Spears to continue her current visitation terms.
The singer has been spending three days a week with the boys and was recently granted overnight privileges.
“If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties … we wouldn’t have to go to trial,” Kaplan said. “But that didn’t happen.”
The trial, which is scheduled to begin Aug. 25, would result in a final custody ruling, which can remain in place for years – unless one parent successfully convinces the court to modify it.
“It’s very likely both Britney and Kevin will testify in a trial,” says L.A. family lawyer Lynn Soodik, who’s not involved with the case. “Britney has to show the court that she’s improved as a mother. If she loses, the gut-wrenching part is that she could miss out on a significant portion of her kids’ childhoods.
“However, since she’s under conservatorship, it’s unlikely she’ll win any legal custody,” Soodik adds. “If she can’t make decisions for herself, how can she decide things like which doctors, schools and religion, if any, are best for the kids?”
Still, says Soodik, “It’s possible that both sides can settle at any time.”
Calls to lawyers for Federline and Spears were not returned. Their next hearing is set for July 15.

Super popstar Britney Spears regained the right to spend nights with her 2-year-old son Sean Preston and her 1-year-old son Jayden James in the court hearing last Monday.
According to x17 Agency, one of their cameramen report that Britney had her first court-allowed overnight visit with her babies last night!
x17 photographers spotted K-Fed’s bodyguard dropping the boys in Britney’s house by 6 p.m. last night.However, the boys weren’t Britney’s only visit yesterday, her manager Larry Rudolph steped by the popstar’s house in the afternoon.
Britney hasn’t been allowed to spend nights with her sons since January this year.

At the request of Britney’s attorney Laura Wasser, the courtroom has been cleared under family court order 214 which states:
Except as otherwise provided in this code or by court rule, the court may, when it considers it necessary in the interests of justice and the persons involved, direct the trial of any issue of fact joined in a proceeding under this code to be private, and may exclude all persons except the officers of the court, the parties, their witnesses, and counsel.
According to x17, both Britney and Kevin being sworn in.
